Let us handle your recruitment

Rogo Search is a full service physician and allied healthcare recruitment firm with over 50 years of experience in the healthcare recruitment field. Based in suburban Philadelphia, we have executed over 2,500 successful placements in every medical specialty, as well as numerous clinical leadership positions in world-class university health systems, Children’s Hospitals, managed care companies, community and large hospital systems, as well as the traditional private practice model.

As a company, our responsibility is to provide our client with the best solution for their search needs. Our role starts with the initial meeting, and is completed only when our physician or provider has accepted a position and has initiated in practice. We provide our clients with satisfaction guarantees for all of our search assignments.

Our clients include some of the nation’s best healthcare systems and children’s hospitals, including: the Mayo Health System, the University of Pittsburgh Health System, the University of Pennsylvania Health System, the Los Angeles Children’s Hospital, Monroe Carell Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. As a national firm we have recruited for clients all over the United States, as well as Ireland, England, Spain, and the Caribbean.

Our team’s comprehensive background in physician search has provided our clients with solutions for their physician and allied health staffing needs. We are active members of the National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR), a 400+ member organization which oversees the standards and ethics in the physician recruitment industry, the National Coalition of Healthcare Recruiters (NCHR) and the American Coalition of Healthcare Recruiters (ACHR).

We pride ourselves on thoroughness as we aggressively manage each search from inception through completion.

Our comprehensive methodology allows our clients to approach the search process with heightened confidence in a quality outcome.

Our Search Process

Site Visit: We interview key individuals to develop a complete understanding of the community, the organization and the scope of the position. Information is sought regarding our clients’ mission and goals, structure, philosophy and major operational issues. Position responsibilities, skill set and experience requirements are explored.

Position Specification: A detailed position specification describing the community, client organization, position and target candidate profile is prepared and submitted to the client for review.

Search Strategy: A core project team, including a Principal Recruiter, Project Manager, Researcher and Administrative staff will participate in the development of the search plan.

Presentation of Candidates:  Candidates most closely meeting the client’s needs are presented for consideration.

Search Completion and Follow-up:  We maintain a high level of communication during this critical phase.  At our clients’ direction, we will assist in structuring compensation and facilitate negotiations.  Upon successful hiring, we continue to play an active role to ensure that a smooth transition occurs.  We also provide timely feedback to candidates interviewed by the client, but not offered a position.
